These guys have 3 locations - one midtown, two uptown.

Thin crust, the ingredients are fresh as fresh gets in NYC.  

Yum - Outstanding.

For slices, the historic Patsy's located at Corner of First Ave and 118th still has the best in my opinion.  Dating back to the 1930s and with a coal oven, it represents one of the last vestiges of Italian East Harlem.  There is better by the pie, but by the slice I think this is the classic.
