Hard to say. She has X posts back to 2021, Google search of her pics is giving me mixed results.  She looks very similar to another provider who had 3 good reviews here in 2022 - Penelope Bond.

If it is her, the rate is more than double and 30% is a lot to lose.  Good luck.
