Providers who charge less for outcall are generally UTR with regular day jobs-Do you agree?

on the Minnesota board last week. From all the board post's and PM's, I concluded that when rates vary the lower rate is usually for what the provider prefers. If the provider prefers outcall (for whatever reason--no regular incall, expenses, just likes your place better) the outcall rate is typically lower. And if the provider prefers incall the incall rate is typically lower.  Some providers have the same rate for both in/out calls.

Hotels are just extremely expensive unless she is seeing more than one guy a day.  A decent hotel in NY is around $400 right now.  So, a one hour booking at say, $600-$400 expenses (minimum)= she prefers to come to you.
