good research. The 2nd one sounds like they hit it off. The 1st one is quite unhappy, not disgruntled and that raises concerns, given the information alluded to. Looks like you need another review to perhaps settle the discussion. At the very "up" donation amount, it should be flawless, in my opinion. But some may not be as concerned with that as others.
