Of course there are. I'm mostly thinking of the Asian MPs that advertise this but I'm sure that any regular AMP would happily let you double down. There's non-GFE FS and some places offer GFE FS.
There's at least one Asian MP that advertises their occasional 4-hand half-price special. (Half price is on the HOUSE fee, not the total fee.)
Regular rate = house fee + extra fee Regular 4-hand doubles = 2x house fee + 2x extra fee SPECIAL 4-hand doubles = 1x house fee + 2x extra fee (save $80).
