If you were just flying in for the game, that would be really handy. No waiting for baggage, no waiting for a taxi and so on.

...don't mind me. Just in one of those moods. ;)

Boston Sucks shirt you can wear... Meet me at the bat.

The best way to get to Yankee Stadium is to practice -- and take steroids.

I think you have the order reversed. ;)

the plane would never get past the apartment buildings up on the hill near the Grand Concourse...

My mind shifted over to Fenway and the Green Monster...

SPLAT!

It would still fall way below the impact of Bucky Dent's blast.

Cheers!

BTW...It's always great to hear nobody got hurt on something like that.

and fairly safe.It can add to the general excitement of a good game especially after you fend off a mugger or two.(only kidding)

Last year, I went to a couple of Bosox-Yank games via the subway and it's almost surreal in that the subway car was full of both teams fans and yet it was relatively quiet( a few outbursts here and there) with the usual straight ahead stare of the passenger...
then the Subway doors open...
and walking down the stairs from the elevated platform...the  loud chorus from the previously stoic group...

"Boston Sucks"...

Here's hoping for another great bunch of games this year between these rivals.I've read Today where David Wells is pitching against his old team in the opener. He may or MAY NOT be the right guy for the job.

Cheers!

Yankees suck, and the Sox will win it all again in 2090.
