Oh, and EVERYTHING is wrong with public transportation! e

I know this isn't really news, but what is up with all the fake profiles on Eros New York? In fact, it seems pretty much ALL of the profiles where you can see the face are fake.

I saw one of the girls from Eros some months ago, and she was using pics of a blonde Russian model, but claimed it was her, even though she was a brunette (there may have been some resemblance though). She said she dyed her hair. She was Russian herself, though the name on her profile was American.  To be fair, I didn't actually show her the pics from her profile, so she might not have even known which pics I was talking about. Her profile said she was independent, but she admitted she was with an agency. So it's possible she didn't even know which pics the agency was using.

More renctly, I visited one of the girls from Eros at her hotel, and she looked almost nothing like the pics, though she claimed it was her after Photoshop. She also looked much older than was claimed in her profile. I think she had a Russian accent, but I'm not sure and I didn't stick around.

After this, I tried calling several other girls from Eros New York, but couldn't reach them. I suspect my cell phone number was blocked after I refused to stay with the girl I mentioned previously (It seems all these girls are working for the same agency, despite claiming to be independent).

Then I called another girl from my hotel phone and set up an outcall appointment. Her profile said her donation is $400, but I was told $550 over the phone. The girl who came was Russian. Not ugly, but certainly not the girl in the pics either. In fact, this one admitted immediately that it wasn't her and that this was how it's always done (though she may have resembled the pics). The girls' profiles all say they're independent, but they're actually working for an agency.

She claimed that out of the 400 profiles on Eros New York, some 300 profiles belong to her agency, and that there are multiple profiles for each girl, all using fake pics. It seems most of these girls are Russian, and she said they tend to send the best girls to outcall appointments. She also claimed she didn't even know which profile I found her under.

Considering my experience, I think what she said may be mostly true (though I find it hard to believe that out of 400 profiles on Eros New York, 300 belong to one agency). You can do a Google reverse image search on the pics from Eros, and a lot of the time these same pics are found on other escort agencies' websites, often agencies in London, Dubai, Istanbul and other places.  Also, a lot of the pics are stolen from the Russian social networking site vk.com and are of various Russian models.

Anyway, this Russian woman who showed up and admitted the pics weren't hers (they can be found on the previously mentioned vk.com), apparently saw nothing wrong with that and found it strange that I did. I told her that I don't like to be cheated and she should leave, but she demanded that I pay for her taxi. (What's wrong with public transportation?) When I refused to pay her, she said that she's not leaving until I pay! (LOL!!) That didn't work, of course, and soon after she stormed out. As she was quickly walking toward the door, she angrily said that she's gonna, get this, tell the hotel reception desk that I'm calling girls to my room!

So, let's get this straight.  I was expected to pay for her ride, even though her profile claimed the pictures were real, in bold font, no less, and she ADMITTED it was a bait and switch? Huh? I know pretty much for certain that the agencies I used in Montreal had real pics. Most of the time they don't show the girl's face, but occasionally they do, and those pics are REAL as well. So it's not always like this. There are, in fact, honest agencies out there.

Diogenes of Sinope carried a lamp in his unsuccessful search for an honest man. It is not well known, but his wayward younger brother, Clitophilus of Fellatio, spent much of his life searching Eros for an honest ad. His dying words were alleged to be "But she said "It's me or it's free!""

Clitophilus of Fellatio also had no right to complain because he never took the time to leave written account of his misfortunes, to warn others about the fake Vestal priestesses hanging around Eros throne.

(a mix of greek & roman & TER mythology here - lol)

I worked for an agency for about 3 months when I started out, it was never me in the pics and I was sent on calls for every blonde profile they had.  Fortunately, I'm not too hard on the eyes and never had any issues.

Unfortunately, I do advertise on Eros, I do show my face and despite looking Russian, I'm just your typical Dallas blonde. I had someone tell me he never see girls on Eros that show their face, he happened to find me on P411.

Try the new authenticated section of Eros. I had to send in my pics showing my face to Eros along with cell pic holding up a sign that had the date and my alias, Anna Faire, to get listed there.

Good luck :)

e.g. this one "Christina" visiting
http://www.eros-ny.com/files/378927.htm

A simple image search pulls her up as
* "Cody Connors" before http://www.eros-ny.com/files/353073.htm
* Brazilian "Vittoria" from London

That is just one of course...there're several others similarly suspicious, many even proudly citing they're authenticated hence "prove"-ing the photos are "100% real" ??  Did they just have someone with slight resemblance holding up a fake ID?

But with different age (getting younger), eye color, measurements,  _and_ a far cheaper rate for a visiting, and she's booking concurrently in London while visiting US (assuming the London one isn't fake either) while using a Boston area code cell?  :)

It's true, could be just flaky.  But really, that's a LOT of red flags (in addition to no reviews) for one ad   ...I'd have to conclude fake, unless someone wishes to TYFTT and ascertain conclusively ;)

Funnily search also turns up the pic in Delhi.  Hey it could be _this_ is the real one along with the bridge for sale in Brooklyn... :)

I don't think it would be too costly to Eros, but in addition to the paperwork and proof described here, couldn't Eros implement some kind of automatic image search BEFORE posting an actual ad and image?

Eros could compose the pages but run them through the usual image search engines before granting final approval.  I think for occasional amateur users the image searches are free but a business like Eros might have to pay a fee-per-search but I don't think it's too expensive (is it?).  I'll guess pennies per image searched, not dollars per image searched.

How's about that suggestion
