Are there any other Providers in the NYC area that would like to rent out my spare room starting June 1?

I'm tired of having to hide my lifestyle from my room mates and my current one is moving in with her boyfriend this summer.  

An Ideal candidate would also be UTR or low volume. Maybe a student or someone that also has a job.
