Thank you, sir, and, for the record...

I congratulated Ben and thanked NYC. My point is simply that rules should be more clearly stated. I'm a strict constructionist -- "entry" means to me one entry. Unless a provider tells me multiple cups are allowed, I can't be too churlish if she declares dismount after 1 "entry." lol

you want to be realistic, cut your rates in HALF and get with the REAL WORLD. Your rates are obscene!!!!
