The hornets nest (UN) is back open for business and all the flies come to the turd pile to clog up your streets with their motorcades, protective details along with street closures, parking closures, and pedestrian closures from the Waldorf to the UN.

Good luck getting around, and if your favorite play thing has a location mid-block of the closures, its a no go until the first week in October.

Maybe its time we throw the hornets nest out of the US, since all they do is vote down any proposals we have and ask us to pay all their bills. They are nothing but beggar nations. Similar t our prez on his campaign tours into NYC for 60 visits.  BTW, since when does a prez associate with drug dealers, former street gang members such as Jay-Z, Fifty Cent and the rappers that came and paid 40K at jay-Z's money pit the 40/40 club last week?  Guess when you use your gang threats and affiliations to promote your car trunk sales to start out and then hit it you are considered upper class except when your rap sheet is exposed and its longer than your hit record sheet listings.

Then we can come to their country and rant how bad they are, their politics, their lifestyle and religious beliefs.
Rents in NY will drop, restaurant prices will drop just by eliminating 15K diplomats and their minions.

They all hate us anyway for our beliefs, democracy and politics.

I apologize for disagreeing with you Invisible Man, but being that this completely screws up NYC traffic, this is the appropriate place for the warning on bad traffic.

I for one am happy to commiserate in traffic misery knowing others hate it as much as I do. Today is one of those days that the subway is the best bet. If you must be in a car, definitely stay away from 6th and 54th. There's someone staying in the Warwick and there are police and secret service everywhere.

I suggest using the subway unless you have a police escort, a bullet proof vehicle and secret service agents in tow.

I hope all this traffic translates into some revenue for all of you girls out there. I figure that some good should come from this chaos and bullshit. Thank God for sovereign expense accounts and petty cash.

With all the anticipation of an apocalypse last night, I ventured out for a dinner date. I was all over town by cab, arriving by subway around 6 PM to midtown, going to pickup my date uptown, going way downtown for dinner, uptown again for fun, and then to Penn around midnight. Guess what? One slowdown on Fifth Ave. for a cluster of black suburbans that caused rubbernecking. A good time was had by all. To all the complainers: Did you have fun sitting home, bitching, and wanking off?

Oh, and try driving a big commercial vehicle around during these times.
