"Not Available in Texas"

Was just casually surfing some provider sites. Saw one provider's list of services that included Greek, but she added the qualifier "Not Available in Texas". When I stopped laughing, I thought, WTF?? Not planning on hobbying in Texas any time soon, but does anyone have a reason for this (or any other state restrictions)?

Maybe it's a felony down there. Texas, I mean, not her rear.

Somehow it wouldn't shock me.

But, if it is a felony, wouldn't that be for the guy and not the provider since she is the receiver...hence the victim of sodomy.

So what then? It's OK to be a provider in Texas but no Sodomy? Monkeybiz is right, these laws were struck down. To quote Ted Danson in "Body Heat": "What she saw sounded suspiciously like oral genital contact, which I proud to say is no longer illegal in this state."

by an over-achieving attorney general, politician or police officer (sherriff). Here is an interesting YouTube video. Perhaps she is worried about attracting attention and that a legal battle would be costly both in time and money.

Just a Thought,
