I'll let you figure it out, you obviously are looking to stir shit up and I've only been asked about a dozen times so let's set it straight. Ladies come and go in this business, ladies go independent, they retire, etc. etc. We, as agencies,well at least I don't get upset when ladies go independent as long as they don't steal. Especially when you have new ladies that have started, some of your ladies tend to not stay as busy. How can you be upset when a lady goes independent that you fired ? It just doesn't make sense.

Ladies come to agencies for a couple different reasons, and for several this is a stepping stone for going independent. Hell, there's some ladies that I have encouraged to go independent cause they just weren't doing well here. This is a business, this isn't high school, I'm not 10, when ladies leave I'm not sitting in a dark room crying into a vodka bottle.
