Do you have any bona fides at all, so people might know who they're responding to.  

Try doing some research -- that is the purpose of this board, have some experiences and share them, then you might get a substantive response to questions like this.  

I'm not trying to be mean, but these were lessons I learned when I first joined this place, which is longer ago than I care to remember, and I think they've largely gone by the wayside, with this place being the worse off as result.
