surprised Herm Edwards is headed to Kansas City.  The Jets are just plain pathetic. Rumor has it the Saint's coach-- Jim Haslett is coming to the Jets.

True, but over time..........BTW, how's Maurice Clarett doing?  Typical Ohio State player? :-))

It gives me even more ample reason to HATE USC

Clarett is STILL doing better than Lloyd Carr.   If THE Ohio State University sucks, then what does that make U of M, who have lost 4 of the last 5 games against them?  (Can you tell I am an OSU guy?) :-)
Fiesta Bowl vs. Alamo Bowl....

Clarett's in jail - or soon will be.  End of story.  I wouldn't be too proud of him if I were you.  Michigan has lost 4 out of the last 5 to Ohio State, but what about the Cooper years before that?  Let's see, I think under Cooper OSU's record against Michigan was something like 2-10-1.  You've got a long way to go my friend.  Let's face it, if OSU is so good, how come they have a losing record against Michigan?  At least Michigan showed class and didn't "search" Ohio State players for 45 minutes before the game in Ann Arbor for "security reasons," which is what happened to the Michigan team in Columbus last year.  What a crock of shit that was!  Do you want to defend that too?

First things first, Clarett.  People are quick to say Ohio State did some very bad things, so let's take a look at it.  Clarett ACCUSED Ohio State of doing many illegal things (the accusations, by the way, were after we suspended him), yet after a TWO YEAR investigation, the NCAA found absolutely NO evidence that anything he said was true.
In fact, the only thing they found was the $500 problem with Troy Smith, WHICH OHIO STATE ADMITTED before anyone else even found it.  So basically you have one problem child who was angry after he got kicked off the team and tried to start rumors.
And as for the "losing record" against Michigan, it was because Michigan started out 20-0 against Ohio State.  This was back in the 1800's when Michigan, Notre Dame and the like were HIRING professionals (legally at the time) to enroll in their school for 1 week and play on their teams.  Take those 1st 20 years away and you have an even series.
And the search before last years game?  Sure it was a nuissance, but that is what home field advantage is about.  Just like the Pink locker room at Iowa.  We did not do anything to harm the players, and do you really think they lost the game because they were searched?  Like the search somehow sapped ALL Michigan players of their talents?  Come on.  LLLLLoyd Carr is owned by Ohio State now.  Live with it.

knows it, including many, many OSU people I know, who, unlike you, have no problem acknowledging it for what it was - BULLSHIT!  No, I don't think Michigan lost because of that "search," and never even remotely implied that.  I simply called it for what it was - a low class thing to do, but that's what we all can expect from OSU, I suppose.

Now you're calling Clarett a "problem child."  In your previous post you said he was doing better than Lloyd Carr.  Do you want to take that back now, or do you want to be stubborn about it and refuse to admit that you spoke in haste?

Oh, for the record, Michigan only played ONE game against Ohio State in the 1800s.  Ohio State didn't lose its 20th game against Michigan until 1923, and they lost to STUDENTS, not professionals.  I have absolutely no idea where that particular piece of horseshit came from, but perhaps that's the standard excuse at OSU as to why Michigan has a winning record against them.  But hell, you don't have to go back that far.  How about the last 20 years?  Or the last 30 years?  The result is the same.  Michigan has the winning record.  You can look it up yourself if hearing it from a U of M guy is more than you can bear!     :-))

I hate Notre Dame and USC sucks so does Texas.  I am a U of M graduate just like U of M guy and we also suck after losing to Georgia Tech and letting LSU blow us away.  Guess thats what a NCAA 3 yr probation does to the moral of the team

Could be worse..
you could be a virginia tech fan !!
