I appreciate the pics when they're new, candid and give a little glimpse of the lady's personality.  Taking note of the pose, the attire, facial expression and other details provide some insight into a girl's personality and how she looks in 'real life' as opposed to the high quality professional shots.  Isn't this supposed to be fun?

Like the girls posting pics on this board? I was just in Florida and man let me tell you their board is rocking with crazy pictures from the ladies. Go take a look yourselves. This board seems so slow and just one boring varification after another of chicks that don't even partake on/in TER.

we don't.  Many ladies have tried starting those threads but they've never caught on here.  Destiny was the latest to try, but stopped when one or two guys started bitching about it.

But I also like it when they simply post and participate without pix, too.  You, Devin and Destiny make good contributions to this board and handle yourselves well.  You can take it and dish it out, and still be sexy.  Keep it up.

I took your advice and looked at the Florida board, and you are right, it is much more entertaining than this moribund NY board.  Maybe we NYers are just too serious.

It helps that I've met a few of them, of course.  I also seem to recall you participating there last week.

No problem here with the ladies posting pics whenever they want, or having theme days.

As far as the gals that post on the NYC boards, You, Sindee, and a few other gals are a hearty bunch. If ur going to post on the board you have to be able to hang like one of the guys and be okay with slinging a little bit of mud around. For the most part, it's all in good fun - nothing malicious, but you can't be prissy, but you gotta be sexy!

Pics are great, especially the candid sexy shots. You don't need to produce a professional photoshoot. Just have some fun with your digital camera or camera on your cell phone.

out of 25 total threads right now. I think that a third of all threads is a little overkill, as is a daily theme, but FL seems to have accepted it.

I think theme threads twice a week would work for NY, but it should be done on a consistent basis such as every Tuesday and Thursday and providers need to participate. Hobbyists who don't like them need to be quiet and skip over them.

It is up to the providers at this point. Either do them and make a project out of them and be consistent, or just talk about it. The mod has already consented to them, so have at it.

They're the best when ladies post new pics.  Some of the girls have been posting the same pics for---quite literally---YEARS.

The subject was brought up on the Atlanta board a while back.  I don't think guys are looking for high-glam shots on these threads.  To me, some of the best are those that are taken in a mirror.

The Florida board has been hijacked by theme days and theme threads.  It's the same girls all the time and many of them would not look good on a hi Def TV  !

It used to be done only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Why wouldn't that work?

'kick' off the week! No Ads, just a little fun because quite honestly this board is making me BORED lately.

I haven't seen the Florida boards, but I do get the "yawning" feeling when I peak at the NY Board now and again...

A minority of us seems to protest to seeing "pseudo ads" or compliments from the gents as "shills"

Oh well... perhaps one day, the negative posters will go away and then the hot pics will begin to flow...

Post away, Ladies IMHO.  I know there is a separate ad board, but some theme pic posting on this board doesn't seem out of line to me.  After all, what is TER about if not getting to know all the ladies who would like to get to know us.  This kind of posting allows us to get a better sense of the ladies and their personalities than a straight ad or a website.  And, after all, if there are guys out there who don't like to see those pictures, they don't have to invest any time in reading the threads.
