I'm mainly an international guy for the hobby -- Brazil, Germany -- but I'm stuck in North America, terrestrially, for the next couple of months or so.  
   
 I live in NYC and have never hobbied here. I'm horny, so I have been considering visiting Montreal for the hobby. How do the two cities compare?  
   
 I mainly avoid it in NYC because of the law enforcement threat, which is huge for me. That also means it's more expensive, and the providers (from what I can tell from photos online) less impressive.  
   
 Abroad, the girls are stunning and charge less, but a trip eats up a lot of time. It's gotten to the point where I have more money than time. Also, my recharge times have gotten longer as I've gotten older, so a local provider who I can see at regularly spaced intervals is better than holding out for a several-day splurge and trying to fuck every day twice or three times a day for a week. But again, there's the LE threat at home.  
   
 Should I put off a 4-day exploratory trip to Montreal for fun in NYC? Can someone compare the two?  
   
 Here's how I see it:  
   
 A trip to Montreal will run me $200 for transport, $400 for 3 nights in a 4-star hotel, $400 to 2-3 girls, about $1000 total. Pros: A little adventure, see something new, it's all legal, hot girls.  
   
 What is a reasonable counter-argument to that for a similar expense? Does a provider hot enough exist in NYC? I suppose without the transport and lodging cost, that puts me in the $500 range for two visits to a provider.Any suggestions on who might make staying in NYC worthwhile?  
   
 (And yet, there is still the threat of LE, and if not that, then blackmail, and the fact that at $500 a shot, you're still taking a chance on not getting along with the girl, despite positive reviews. Abroad, at $200 or less, I'm more open to taking that hit.)  
   
 My trips to Germany every six months run me about $2000, and while I have to take a week of vacation for them, I think they're a pretty good tradeoff in terms of adventure, hot sex, beautiful girls, value, and avoiding legal issues. But I can't leave North America for awhile at the moment.
