Thanks for the feedback guys, but I do not think in some instances we need to bash the provider. I gave an honest review. I would hope all would do the same, but some do not.

As for Nina, I want to say that she seems to be a nice person. But I do believe she is out of her element here. It could take her awhile to get the hang of this whole thing, or she just might be uncomfortable with the whole thing. That's all I have to say about it.
