I want my citivibe link REMOVED, they do NOT have permission to have that incorrect ad up stating I only go to LI 3 days a month which is Bull$hit, (I tour now to Boston, Conn, NJ, Chicago, Phillie  etc, much different than what they are telling people in their incorrect add which should npt even be up)

Do you guys have a deal with citi vibe that they have you link providers to their site and you guys get kick backs then WHY or WHY are my requests and problem reports being ignored as welll as many many other providers, at least 8 have contacted me telling me the same thing happened to them.

Citivibe is illegally putting up my add I never signed a model release which is required to put up a persons inmage on a site or print paper, so you are having my site linkined to an illegal add.

PLEASE put my link back to my website the way it has been for 2 years.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, you guys are also putting me in jeapardy by linking to an illegal add that is showing my face. Citivibe has been contaced by a lawuer to remove my add, so soon there will be no where for you to link to, guess thats my only recourse since you guys wont do the right thing. Sorry for my tone but come on enough already! You have no idea how much problems this is causing me and only YOU TER can fix it here on TER, put my link back to my webpage like it was for 2 years, sorry for continully repeating myself but what other recourse do I have?
I have been a participating provider and a paid member ,youd think the smallest request like this could be handled in 3 mins.
Can I at least get a response?

You need to deal directly with Cityvibe which you mention you
are doing.  Once your ad is removed then TER will have no choice
but to redirect the link.

I don't know for sure, but it's a pretty reasonable assumption
that Citivibe pays TER for any traffic it sends to it's site.
A kick back implies something illegal - but paying for traffic
is a common practice on the internet and is certainly not in
any way illegal.

I went to your reviews and tried to "report a problem" but a message came up saying that the provider already had, and I should check back within 48 hours.

So, hopefully it's underway.

thanks to that link which has outdated info and picsthat are 2-3 years old I got a 4 for looks in my latest review as in ok if your drunk, my usual is a 7 occasionally a 6 or an 8 in looks. He saw the pics and assumed I looked like them , since they are old pics he figured I was trying to pull a fast one and I guess thought he'd fix my lying ass and give me a 4. Well citivibe was told several weeks ago to take down that add and they still have not.
The pics are out dated.
The info is outdated.

TER does not realise or they just dont care that they and citivibe are costing me business because of the incorrect info, not to mention when someone comes to see me I want them to walk in the door and see the girl they saw in the pics not a girl that they think puts up old pics to snag appointments which I never have and never will.
I have written and asked kitty the manager for  citivibe 5 times again just 15 mins ago to remove the ad, I even explained that I never gave her permission or signed a model release which is needed to put up photos on sites like eros and the like. Not to mention that little tag that says verified by citivibe...??????????? When? Who? How? I have not been there since I advertised with them for my agency over 3 years ago as a madam. Remember the problems with Luigi? Well now the problems are with Kitty.

I'm at my wits end and have no idea what else to do. Does anyone know who is in charge over there? Because this kitty woman while she says she is management, I highly doubt it, a manager doesn't treat clients like this, especially when they are non-commissioned clients.

Talk to a lawyer and see what your options are.  You may also
want to see if others who feel the same way want to pool
resources to get the lawyer.

That's the only way that Citivibe will listen.

I have worked out with cityvibe that since for some reason they wont take down the ad they have agreed to change the incorrect text and old pics, the pics that will be from mid July and my eyes will be blurred, the info pretty much says what I need it to so for now I guess I need to take what I can get and who knows , this might help, the other though did not. Kitty has been appologetic and professional after many many e-mails and hopefully the ad will be changed by tomorrow and contain proper info and updated pics, this way everyone knows exactly what to expect when they walk in the door. The pics have only been cropped for the size and my eyes blurred, no air brushing or touch ups-what you see is what answers the door or turn around and leave.
I do thank everyone for their support and suggestions, I'm finding that many many ladies have had this happen to them.

It appears there is a connection between ter and citivibe where they feel they are doing a service by putting the provider in the ad's ter reviews in the ads and in return TER links our site to citivibe.
Personally I think we should have a choice, for one I'm not here for free I'm a paying member and IMHO should have a say where my site gets linked.
So for now I'll shut my mouth before I get delisted and banned (what for we still dont know) like my 19 yr old buddy who recently had her reviews removed, but then thats another topic.

actually that was my second attempt at the request, so I was the one that did the problem report the first one was denied after about a week and the second one its been about 4 days now.

Thanks though for your attempt at helping me, I truly appreciated everyones suggestions and recomendations, I hope other girls think twice before they get offered a free week which is the only reason I did it, I must of forgotten  for a minute that the ain't nothing in this life for free.

Funny thing is I dont advertise period, I use my mailing list and the boards. When I ran the incall and the outcall I had an overhead of 10K per month between internet ads and print ads like the village voice ect just in advertising costs alone. Then again the inyake was pretty large as well so it was needed all that advertising. Now it is luckily not.

Citivibe has changed my pics the ones I just took this last month and have blurred my eyes. They also have changed the text to be accurate. Kitty is afetr alot of e-mails working with me and with my correct info this may wind up working out in the end, so if you click on the link in my profile you will see better pics than my site shows (more revealing) and the pretty much thing my site says re myself.

So lets hope that alls well that ends well, I do however feel that TER should give us this option rather than just doing it, I'd be pretty mad if I paid 2 grand for a website and instead it linked to an add on citivibe, I currently just have my page since I down sized my site so it doent matter to me.
