If you are a member of RS2K, why do you ask for additional references?  Doesn't belonging to that eliminate the need to verify?

It says UNLESS you are an RS2K member, you'll need two references.

You do not need both.

It actually says

"confidential screening is a must and UNLESS you are a member of RS2K, then 2 references are required."  

I thought the sentence seemed pretty easy to understand but my apologies for any misinterpretations.  If you are with RS2K, then references are not required.
