Lately I have stopped posting my reviews because it seems like I have nothing good to say about the latest appointments and I did not want to be flagged as a "Negative Nelly". I obviously could pay for membership, but I am a cheap SOB. I recently received a PM and went to go retrieve it to find that you must be a VIP member to retrieve your messages. WTF!

If you post enough reviews, you don't have to pay brother.  But PMs are a VIP privilege .

I guess it is time to post some less than stellar reviews. I guarantee this is going to open up a can of piss and vinegar with certain providers.

I don't have a problem with it. They are a business, after all. Site privileges should absolutely be limited to those who pay.

BUT allowing people to write reviews for VIP access is why there are SO many fake reviews being written.

Post your damn reviews as a service to other hobbyist. Plus maybe consider purchasing a VIP membership. I suspect if you are having less than stellar experiences it is because you lack the ability to see the review history of the ladies you are booking.
Buy a VIP membership and stop wasting $$$$ on ladies you are not going to enjoy. Post reviews to extend your membership and to assist the community of Hobbyist .

SEXE I like to think I support TER with my reviews, my wit and my charm (tongue firmly planted in cheek). All realize all three are subject to interpretation as to their value.  I understood that I would lose the finer TER details on providers if I did not post reviews or pay dues, but I did not expect to lose PMs. I guess it makes a little sense as I could freeload (if allowed by other members) and just send PMs to find out the skinny on providers, but I just thought it was a bit barbaric to cut basic members off from communication with their TER peers.

This site is what it is because people offer their time to write reviews. In the end TER is nothing but a discussion board that charges for the work members have done. This is a kind of "Network Externality". That is to say that with each additional review the site becomes more beneficial to users. This site would be useless without our input. To be honest I think the "dues" corrupt this site, but probably less than say a site supported 100% by advertising.

I have reviews that are already written and ready to be submitted I was just choosing not to post them for my own personal reasons. I guess I will post one of the less controversial ones first and we will see if the rest ever see the light of day.

Pay for a membership or don't.  We don't care.  

When you have enough money to spend several hundred for an hour to get laid, it's hard to have any sympathy that you are too cheap to pay for a site as useful as this one.
