If you want to get a better hit on something, put quotes around it.

In other words, if you put the number "917 289 0958" in quotes, that will be a lot more accurate than just putting in those numbers.

The quotes tell the search engine to look for that EXACT PHRASE.

But a girl listed under two different names might not be a scam.  It just might be that a girl puts up different ads to see which is more effective.  I know of bodyrub girls that have done that with their Backpage ads.
