I called an AMP listed in the Village Voice, and the mamasan told me 30 min. would be $.2.  When I got in the room with the girl, however, she told me it was $$.  CBJ and mish only; DFK, DATY and cowgirl were not allowed.  After the pop, she started hitting me up for another $ tip, which I refused.  Is this standard operating procedure for NYC AMPs?  In another city, it was 40 for 30 min., plus $ tip only.
