I am new to this game and would like to know if all the providers in the NYC area are as high priced as some of the ones I have seen. What kind of rates should I expect? I know a lot has to do with the quality of the provider, but would just like some input. I don't necessarily need a super top of the line provider (at least not at this stage of the game).

Do any of you guys recommend a certain independent or even a certain agency that is reasonably priced?
