With all the Bell De Jour this and Bell Dejour that is written on TER, I decided to give them a try. All I hear about is how great they are and how they practice customer service. I hear about how hot the girls are and how great the service is that they provide. I had to try it out myself.
I had a date with Dana that was a disaster. The entire date she acted as if she did not want me to be there. She just wanted it to be over and done with. She was not into the date. She even kicked me out after 40 minutes because she wanted to rest up for her next client.
She has many rules and simply does not like what she does. I give her another month or 2 and then she will be out of the business.
Save your money and don’t see her. I won’t repeat. After this date, I won’t even repeat with this agency. This was my first and last time that I will use BDJ. I have a review that I wrote in the TER database if anyone would like to see how bad my date with her was.

I must defend this agency, because i've used them many times and i've always been happy. Unfortunately, It's ashame that your first experience was with someone that didn't provide a good service for you. I think you should write a bad review of Dana, but don't take it out on the agency. There could always be a bad apple that slips by and i'm sure if she gets a few more bad reviews, then the agency will let her go.
I'm sure if you try Jenna Lynn on LI (I just did), you will be more than pleased and maybe the agency can work something out with you because of your bad experience.

Please don,t condemn a great agency provider for your inability
to check out a girls reviews prior to booking. That why we all read and belong to the ter. I,m sure kim did not intentionally book you with a girl knowing she would not treat you as expected. New girls have to start some where. If you do not want to gamble choose only those with great reviews. My ATF is elizabeth. Give her a try you wont be dissapointed.
I have to say that this is the difference between using a service and an independent. From a provider's prospective, when you have to give up half your money and work for someone else who might be moody and intolerable - it makes you a little bitter. I have never done this (I am 100% independent) nor do I condone this, but I am sure this was part of what you were dealing with. Its unfortunate because you are the one who suffered but girls that work for agencies typically burn out faster and tend to be rushed and bitter. While I am generalizing and I have heard excellent things about BDJ - girls that get half their money taken are about the quantity of clients not the experience.

Dana's first week on the job was last week. How would a girl get burnt out from only a couple of days on the job.
Sounds like a girl learning the business and eventually will blossom in time.

In looking at BDJs site I noted they had over 50 women listed. Seems you got the proverbial bad apple. . . . but to say that you would never again use that agency because of one bad apple is similar to saying that you'd never eat an apple again becuae of a bad one.
If she is as bad as you say I suspect she won't be with BDJ long, they seem to weed out the poor performers fairly quickly.
So don't see anymore women from BDJ thats obviously your choice - your loss is our gain.

I had heard so much about how great the BDJ girls are and I tried one who had great photos and good reviews she was a total dud.. Way less, than memorable. And I don't think you can simply attribute it to the fact that she works for an agency the way BillieNYC does. I've used seen one or two girls exclusively with an agency (New York Confidential), and have never been disappointe. First of all, they never b & s, and secondly, they only recruit women who are totally desireable. I appears BDJ frequently takes on girls that may not be so great but they figure, "hey, it costs us nothing to put them on our website, and if we get one call for her it's been worth it." Quality agencies don't work that way and prefer to keep a slightly smaller roster of women that meet their high standards. While I've devoted myself to only two women at NY Confi, all the ones I've seen appear to meet my high standards. But I'm not into this for the mileage as much as I am for the loyalty and building of a "relationship" with a woman.

So admittedly you seen only two women at NY Confidential and one at BDJ. Based on that you are willing to condem BDJ and rave about NY Confidential? What if you tried other women at NY Confidential and one of them didn't work out . . . would you then condem them as you have BDJ?
Your "sampling" is way to small to be realistic judge of these agencies and it is not of any use to anyone as far as the agencies themselves are concerned. Fool yourself but don't bother to try to impress those of us who can actually think.

I never had a problem with BDJ. I agree with Santino in that with any provider, be it agency or independent, make sure they have great GFE reviews. At the same time, see who is doing the reviewing.
I had a timing delay issue once with BDJ and spoke with Kim and she was very accomidating. I find her to be a pleasure to speak with and things have always worked out well.

You know - after all this time, I'm still not sure what GFE means. Dont get me wrong, I know what it stands for but I think the expectations vary from person to person. I personally don't advertise this. Its not because I don't do it, but I base everything on personal chemistry and if we have that, then we go from there. I'm not saying the two of you didn't have chemistry....However, if she was that new, she probably was just a bit uptight and not comfortable with herself yet. Its not always easy baring all for someone you don't know. That takes a level of security in your body that is acquired over time (and a rigorous workout lol)

For me...It has to be GFE...There was a great post by Turkana yesterday or the day before on the National board about our GFE expectations. I realize there is YMMV but when there are inconsistencies in performance ratings and what have you,premium $,etc...the well versed VP members at TER are going to go with the proven providers...be it agency or Indy.
It eliminates the risk, misunderstanding,foolish $ spent, and a bad session for both parties involved.

You have no idea what the guy looks and smells like. He then posts a bad review or does what he calls a warning to other hobbyists, it's just so not fair to the girl if that is the case.
The guy can really scare away great guys who want to see this hottie!

I can honestly say my experiences have been up and down with BDJ. My expereiences have ranged from amazing with ladies like Jill and Karissa, to so so with others. I can also say that none has been awful, these are all beautiful women make no mistake, but performance sometimes hasn't been GFE like the girls above. As I always say do your research, research, research and always YMMV! All in all I think Kim is great and BDJ is the only agency I would talk to.
