You are all cordially invited to the first open chat in the New York Chat Room, Monday Feb. 2 at 8PM.  Let's all try to get some dialogue going, and take it in any direction it goes.

To start, our opening topic will be:

"What I look for in a GFE date, and what I look for in a PSE date."

Usually the chat starts off with a topic and gravitates to whatever happens to be on the minds of those in the chat.

Two thoughts:

1. With all due repect to TER, has anyone ever considered having such a chat in a Private Yahoo chatroom. Personally, I don't live alone, and my computer is out in the open. Getting away with a Yahoo Chat is easier to pull off than staying logged into TER for long. Call it something like "Superbowl Recap" under "Romantic-ByLocation-Newyork-CreateUserRoom", and leave the login information here on TER. Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?

2. Make this a regular event. If it's regular, people can, kinda, arrange their schedules around this chat.

Not sure about the Yahoo chat thing, although it is a good idea.  But doesn't everyone have to open a Yahoo account for that?

Insofar as this being a regular thing, if it's successful then we will set up a special time and plavce and repeat.  BTW, I just left the LA chat room, and there were about 20 people in it, and that goes on every nite.

I would prefer to go to TER chat than a yahoo chat. I won't put my reason here but one can b/c me should they wish to know why I feel yahoo is NOT in the same league as TER.  Its a nobrianer!
