First off, Julies did not post the rate of Carolina. That was specifically to avoid the other girls getting upset. Needless to say, Julie should have anticipated that someone would call up just to get the price and then splash it around, as someone did.

Julies website had a long discussion among customers about having expensive "model" girls who don't meet the performance standard of Julie's being made available--those who wanted the sizzle and not the steak. This was a market niche being filled by other agencies. Accordingly, it was decided by the customers that she should NOT have regular "models" who don't meet Julie's performance standards.  Julie is specific on her website--available in the members section--that Carolina is traveling here on a "trial" basis. Other than offering Carolina's staggering beauty, Julie doesn't guarantee that Carolina meets the other performance criterion: BBBJNQNS, CIM, Asian, Anal, which are routinely available from her girls.

I doubt that she will inflate the rates--the charge is nonsense. Anyone who was aware of the long debate among members about having a "model" category at a high price but without Julie's regular performance guarantee would not be surprised by Carolina at all.
