Is it really a problem for fully grown adults?

Are that many people actually on Facebook? What happened with people actually picking their phone to make a call or visiting friends in person instead of posting on their wall or twittering them or tagging them or whatever else it is now a days.

Personally speaking, adults should get themselves off facebook and leave that for the kids who started it when it started 6 years ago in a Harvard dormroom and spread like wildfire to other schools. Its is good for kids and that is about it.

It's not as bad as it might have seemed in the first few posts.
