I think there are actually three categories - many $200 non-GFE KMPs, one well known GFE place at $240 and the other GFE places (hellotiffany, korean delight, etc) at $400.  I agree with another responder that the difference in service more than makes up for the difference between the non-GFE and GFE places.  GFE all the way, even if it means fewer visits at the higher price point.  However, $240 for service that is just as good/extensive from a girl who on average might not be quite as hot as at the $400 place is a really good deal.  At the $400 level the girls are almost all young, hot Koreans so if you are into early to mid-20s hotties, that's your market.  Typically very little English, btw, and very hit-or-miss on attitude in my experience, but they deliver the GFE service package (just with a mixed attitude).  But, as I said, reliably hot.  I've been doing less of the $400 GFEs lately because I value attitude and personality and can't get psyched for the session if the girl thinks that she doesn't have to make an effort because she's hot and that's enough.
Also agree with the advice of seeing Ayana.  Amazing.  More like late 20s, I think, but smoking hot and intense service.  Can't go wrong there
