I have a young friend who is timid about visiting a provider. Since it would be his first time with a provider, I would like to make the trip in with him and walk him through his first visit. Can anyone recommend a provider who would feel comfortable with two men on the same session? Young and athletic preferred.

I think that you may have a hard time seeing a provider for the first time and having her let you do what you want to do. You would be better off contacting a provider that you have seen in the past. She would then know your personality and may be willing to have you sit in on the session.
