Mikki I Agree with ya!!! and u shouldn't be treated in this way... But I hear they where all at CBGB.... they are runnning a special LI Losers lunch all week...and they all Showed up
that sucks. im sorry this happened to you. its why i dont travel. Manhattan has way too many men for me to travel anywhere and i dont want to stress of covering my costs for travelling. i like to have the option to see a few or even one man a day and thats it. I know ill never go to LI again. i just feel safer in the city too. sorry guys.
Sorry to hear that you guys feel this way about LI. LI seems to have alot of good guys out here! of course there are always cancellations and games when it comes to this business. We all have to take the good with the bad in this scene no matter where you are, whether your in the city, or in westchester, etc.... right? I say dont out LI, stay and show the hobbyst's that something as meaninal as cancellations arent going to break you. cause it's really not.

No shows are jerks in any business that has time slots (or in this case good ol'sluts) to fill. Unless a person is capped on the LIE on their way over to you, there are not many reasons you can't let the person know your sorry and just can't make the appointment. I wouldn't be surpised that the jerks who book and no show with you do the same thing with other ladies too. Maybe passing around their info. with other ladies isn't such a bad idea.
My experience with this type of bad manners that you describe is almost unheard of in regard to the Long Island guys ...which are a very decent bunch!!
I hope you are not saying this just to get attention cause that would be really sick.
In any event if this is true and I have not reason to doubt you, then you have been wronged.

Oh puleeeze!!!!Do you think I'd come out here and say that I am not doing business just because I was desperate for attention????Long Island is getting a really bad reputation among all the girls...I have been out here countless times...the cancellations,the no shows and the cheap ass haggling is enough to drive a reputable provider batty...I came here as a courtesy,to make my services more accessible,Manhattan is just a hop,skip and a jump...I was ASKED to come. I went out of pocket for a hotel and have been severely dissed by more than just a few men that I have seen before and 2 new ones who pride themselves on their TER reputations...I will think many times over before I do this again,,,and furthermore your lack of empathy speaks volumes to your character...a simple I feel bad would have sufficed, rather you found it necessary to cast aspersions on the veracity of my claim,frankly,that was just insult to injury..
think about it, (with the $$$ you make? a little trip from nyc to li is about 20 bucks round trip and the cost of the hotel is about what you would make in 1/2 hr) as your throw yourself on the floor kicking and screaming like a child. Go rant somewhere else, we're all stocked up in BS over here, don't need anymore!
Why not email or call your no shows and rant to them instead of to us? They deserve it. We don't.

Even if something happens at the last minute and a person can't call in advance, that person can still call after the fact, apologize, and offer to make some sort of payment for the provider's inconvenience. No-shows are particularly egregious when dealing with an independent who is a reliable well-known member of this community. In more than fifteen years of hobbying, I only had to cancel an appointment once -- when I came down with the flu. I called the provider, simply told the truth, and apologized for only being able to give about four hours notice. I do not understand why Miki is being mistreated this way. She has done nothing I am aware of to deserve it.
Given the circumstances, I am utterly clueless why you went to Wrong Island. To prove a point? To reinforce what you already knew? It is too dangerous, (how quickly you forget) and the guys could easily take the train or drive into Manhattan to see you, as they do with all the other girls in Manhattan. You yourself said you would never go back there. So why the sudden change of heart?
Why the public rant? Call the guys and complaint to them or the girls that gave you the references.
The first time not one of the TER guys called, besides the one who I ended up getting into a pissing contest with on the phone because of his EXTRA Large EGO, by the way...
I would have loved to have an "angry make-up sex session with" but he just couldn't stand to give in an inch.
The second time I was haggled to death and ripping my hair out, while my city boys where calling, I checked out of there and put myself on train back home.
Screw the green acres, it's all about city life for me!
