Good morning, well the "glass ceiling" is the concept that a woman can only rise so far in a profession, (lower then a man could ever) based on the fact that she's a woman. They call this the "glass ceiling" hence it appears that she can rise to the top of the business but hits a ceiling preventing her from reaching the ultimate top. And they say "glass" because she doesn't see it. It's sexism in the work force.  
 Your post suggest that by being a woman she's done the opposite. Hence the "antithesis of the glass ceiling"
