Guys use this rating all the time. Do you Gals ever " forget it is a service"?

If the guy can't spell or punctuate or construct a sentence, I'm loathe to believe anything he says.

But if you know how to use them, they can be a decent guide.  For example, focus on who the reviewer is.  Check out his other reviews.  See if he's reviewed girls you've seen and how he rated them.  If you agree, perhaps his numbers are a decent guide.  If there's more than one reviewer you trust who has rated her, even better.  
And the juicy details can be bullshit, too, unless you trust the writer.  Good punctuation and sentence structure are a plus, but not the be-all-and-end-all.  The main point is, do they validate her menu and her profile?  Some reviewers are pushovers, some are shills, and some never even saw her.  Don't even bother with reviews that don't pass the sniff test.  Know who you can trust.  Forget about the rest.

Not quite as bad as "your" versus "you're" or "principle" vs. "principal," but you are correct.

I try to make every rendezvous feel intimate and personal. That is why I have an assistant who answers the phone and discusses the non-romantic details in advance. This way, when a new date shows up at my door, we can right to the good stuff and skip the stuff that makes this feel like a "service." I don't think about making money while I'm making love! :*
