Does anyone have any info on https://discreet-elite.co? Are they reputable and up to the standards they promote themselves at?  

I'm also looking for reviews/referrals to high end agencies that service the NYC area in general!

Not sure how high end you are looking for, but I have had all positive experiences with Lear. I've been there 3-4 times. I just do my research here to find out who allows what.
