...all I can say is we exchanged emails back and forth for a bit re: getting vetted and setting up a date/time but it never went anywhere. so I guess I can say she's at least initially responsive?

What happened after you set date and time, I'm assuming she wanted a deposit did it get to that point or she didn't say and or you didn't ask? Seems weird to set the date time and then nothing

basically, yeah...we were working on setting up a time but she was "moving" into a new place and just didn't respond eventually
