I had a NYC provider Justine cancel on me very very last minute twice, first time was "food allergy" second time was "period". I want to warn other vip members to watch out for [email protected], or maybe you'll have better luck.
Her lone reviewer has many, and is white listed by multiple providers that I've heard of. Thus, I wouldn't totally write off the lady the OP referred to, but would advise caution that YMMV is in play.
But I do know that things DO happen. But it happens on both sides. If it gets to be a running "gag" with someone than I understand that it doesn't look good on her part. Speaking for myself I don't understand why a provider would offer her services and then just blow off her plans or appointments . That is totally beyond me.
If I make an appt I am going to be there. Unless I fall ill or something else gets in the way which is really rare. I have enough common sense to know and forsee that if something is going on in my life that maybe I shouldn't take any appointments that day. I just don't take things for granted. I certainly if I HAVE to cancel will do it hours before or days ahead, NOT at the last minute.
Again it happens on both sides of the hobby fence. It sucks when it's done repeatedly by a singular person, client or provider.
