Found the bodyrub girl, paid for a private room (the whole thing was in a loft), and then we had sex inside the room.  

YMMV in the girl and the place, but it is no different than a strip club.  The more you tip, the better the service.

My experience was several years ago, so take it with a grain of salt.

Lap dances aren't really my thing but one of these places partnered up for a little while with one of the underground poker clubs and would periodically have a poker night.  The game started earlier than most of their patrons would normally arrive, so we played poker and the girls (with few clients to entertain) would watch the game and give the players backrubs.  

Aside from the fact that we were playing cards instead of getting lap dances, everything else was the same.  Just like the lap dance clients, guys would occasionally go off with a girl into a private room.

The room fee was something like $160 for 15 minutes.  $300 for 30 minutes.  That included money for the girl as well.  What was offered was exactly what you expect.  Mostly.  I remember one of the girls didn't offer FS, but she told me that in advance.  She didn't con me into the room and then tell me.

Also, of course, there was an entry fee and if you were getting lap dances, those cost as well.

All in all, an interesting experience.  If the club still had the poker games, I'd go back.  But for me, regular hour (or multi hour) long sessions in places with beds and showers are much more to my liking.
