A provider who committed to an appointment and then didn't show?

Back Story - Called a provider from the Westchester area last night who committed to the outcall.  She said she was about 15 min away from me, and then 15 min passed and she texted that she was stuck in traffic.  That she was on her way but it would "take a sec".

Bottom line she never showed or texted again.

She's from Rhode Island (or thereabouts).  

Don't you think it would make more sense to post this on the New England Board where it might actually be useful?
