Admittedly, I haven't been reading reviews here for a while but I'm pretty sure I recall reading some that mentioned BBFS and I don't believe there's a written policy against it here. TER's review guidelines don't mention it.

Dare I say... *insert thinking face* that those said reviews are revenge in nature and could be to ruin the rep of that person...

It's odd because BBFS is INDEED frowned upon and any mention of it is sure to bring havoc on the provider.  

Backlog it and take it with a large grain of salt?  
Unless of course alllll of the reviews mention such...

and just like so many TER policies, it's an "unwritten" policy. I know that makes things around here confusing. Well meaning posters will direct you to TER's "written" policies, but they only tell half the story if that much.  

 
I don't remember the exact date that the policy changed, but it's been a few years now. So you are not crazy and your memory is fine. Once upon a time any mention of BBFS was frowned upon and deleted, and if you go back and read review from 5 plus years ago you won't find a single one that mentions BBFS, that of course is NOT the case today.
