You described that you have 36D's.  Now, breast size and body size are correlated.  You never spoke of your body size, weight, ht etc.
If you were 125 lbs and a 36D that you are well endowed.  If you are 160 lbs then you are average.
Implants should be soft, natural drop and no obvious scarring and no sensation loss.
Simply put, its all relative to body size and a person perceptions of what is small, nice, large....

I like mine 34B or C natural.

an adjustment that is both a personal preference and sometimes necessary...if the symatry of a woman's body is enhanced by the implants then I am all for them...meaning if the woman is not stick thin and wants a more curvy figure that fits her frame then they are a wonderful addition. Of course that it goes with out saying that doctor knows what he is doing!...there are those out there that have encountered such a good job they swear, in reviews, that they are real but they aren't. I know one such provider who will remain nameless. The doctor was a true artist. However, when they don't fit the frame and boarder on the rediculous they look like they were bolted on. Many porn stars have this version. and again...it is always nice to have a woman look proportionally correct...

My 2 cents, natural are better.  Every day of the week.  They feel better and usually look better.

Implants are great for women with mishapen or absolutely no breasts.  They do look great in close, but unless done right the same cannot be said for without.  Also if they are too heavy you get that weird wrinkle when bent over.   If you already have a D cup stay with what you have.

I have enjoyed both in my time. The real issue , from my fucked up opinion, is how do they make the person with them feel. If they feel sexy with them then more than likely the sex and relationship will be better. If they added them and then felt like they were too big or mismatched or whatever that takes away from their sexiness and they become too focused on them. Bottom line is if the woman feels good with them , great, if she likes her natural set, great. The real question is what is she going to do with them? I just want to play with them.

for the most part prefer au natural, yet so many providers, porn stars, girl friends, etc...go ahead and bolt on these implants anyway.  Obviously they aren't listening to most of the men, which is fine.  I guess a previous response noted it best - if it makes the gal feel better, then it's OK.  

I, for one, prefer au natural, and seeing some providers who had a nice set get the implants is a negative.  Also, seeing a lot of hot porn stars who after a few movies go ahead and get fake boobies to me, makes them look ridiculous and turns me into a non-fan.

There is a general bias towards bigger is better in the US, so I can see why it is common.  Where do most men look when they look at a woman- her breasts.  So if the breasts are big, the woman gets noticed more.
I prefer natural, but if they are well done, not too hard or big, no large scars etc. then implants are fine.
In the few cases where I've known women before and after implants, I have preferred the look and feel before.
