having never been to julie's take this for what it's worth. in the daily news, they said fbi was pressing her for big name clients and they were scouring the database for clients. why bother pressing her for names if they have the database? did julie keep any info than can be traced back to you? (last name, phone number) or did she simply have a first name and a gen description of your appearance? the fact that an underage girl is allegedly involved may make things ugly for all involved... good luck to all!
She allegedly kept a first name and a description. Who knows what she really kept. I keep saying that if they are not pressing charges against the johns they caught "in the act", they're not going to go after anybody else. Even if there was an underage girl working, which I seriously doubt there was, they'll go after Julie because that's where the big charges can be brought. There is no proof that anybody slept with any of her girls for money. It's too tough to prove.
I agree. Unless they can break Julie down and get her or one of her girls to name names and give specific details, they have squat. And even if the cops do manage to get names and details, they still have to prove convincingly that a client engaged in the acts that are alleged. A good lawyer can take any of the circumstantial stuff that they collect and turn it on it's eye. This affair seems to become a bigger and bigger waste of money and precious resources every day.
