From the overly enhanced pics, the $300 discrepancy between incall/outcall, and the general wording/appearance of the ad, it reeks of a B&S operation - and an unsophisticated one at that. Indeed, the number is being used for at least one other escort ad (a blonde with similarly photoshoped pics). I didn't even bother to tineye the pics but I think you have your answer, if you didn't already suspect it.

The images are composites...the model was shot in a different place and photoshopped into the frame. It's done well, but still fairly obvious if you look closely.

B&S is still a 50/50 proposition. Or she could be non GFE one pop clock watcher too. I'd avoid.
