I had this done out on Long Island by an excellent doctor. It took 20 minutes. No scalpel. He does it on Friday and by Monday I was back to my normal routine. Slight discomfort as you walk kind of funny but the benefit is no more condoms. Women love the fact that I can cum inside them and not knock them up.
