I guess global warming is real?  
In cold winters women' bodies just radiating heat to keep best half warm and happy  
I live in states and hal in Europe  
I wonder - as we say here "our best half"  
Toward to men.. I wonder what is saying in states about "the best half" is that relates to males or to females?

No snow yet in NYC at this date is nothing new historically.  The early onset of winter during the past few years wasn't an aberration, either, so there is no correlation with so-called 'Global Warming', 'Climate Change', or whatever you want to call this.  But no need to fear, the snow and cold weather will eventually get here, later rather than sooner, preferably...

soon there will be too much snow!

Oh It is what I LOVE to do - stay in bed and make love non stopping - not just sex BUT

LOVE... feeling each other souls, warm hands, lusty lips, smiling eyes... sharing minds, and wet towels... Then watch romantic movie drinking champagne and staying cozy for all night in hands of each other... and listen how outside snow storm takes it force..yet it is soo warm and safe to be inside and feel his heart beat and his lust...  
So it is nothing new for NYC.. In my native city, in russia, city with Greek name - in English it translates as Crest Town very south of Russia so south that it historically was last fort post of Christianity on southern territories - city took its name in Greek Language, so everybody asking me if I am from Greece? When I say name of the city.. so any way in my city we have had a lot a lot a lot flowers and parks just as here in Swiss - carnival of flowers  - and some time it was seasons when we first time had snow in January... New year with no snow and JANUARY 1 few centimeters of snow on Roses..wet, cloudy, big as cotton balls snow over wet pink and red roses..  
Frozen red apples - winter kind of apples - we called it ranets - those winter apples becoming more delicious when they frosted a bit - have you ever picked apples in the snow?  
I love ski and I love snow sooo much... White and all new beginning... I love how NYC looks with fresh snow - you can't see then all dirt and even people looks then for me less aggressive.. and more kind shopping for  hot chocolate and fresh baked bread running home to their better half  
I know it is bit early - But Happy New Year and Marry Christmas my countrymen  
Snow or no snow Happy holidays... I guess I have a nostalgia Would be nice  have a dinner and bottle of champagne with my friends in NYC then roll to the bed till late morning, go to opera I by the way who saw LULU by Berg? It is now at Met. Do not miss that..

 As for womens' bodies radiating heat during winter (or any other time of year), that's a good thing.  Snuggling under the covers and sharing body heat with an undressed woman is one of life's most enjoyable pleasures!  

Sorry, I first time hear such expression. That refferes to what kind of outfit?

It is another way of saying Tank Top. Clair is probably not wearing it in the fashion you would see in the TV show "Cops": white cotton, various undetermined stains and hair spilling out. Worn by the man who is being arrested on the show for domestic dispute.. and now you know why they're referred by that name
