The girl's affiliation is posted as "independent" but the ad itself is for an agency. Also I cannot tell if the girl is Caucasian as stated in her profile since the face is blurred out and to me she looks ebony or "pink bone" and a brunette not a strawberry blonde.
There's too much to leave to interpretation so I'd leave this one until she gets some reviews.
