I always like to check the detail on the reviewers. There is one guy who never has a bad time, no matter who he sees

Another who never gives more than a seven, like a figure skating judge hoping for a great performance later in the show. I wish him luck!

is it any surprise that the only guy to rate her a 9/9 is one who went from typing reviews without any capitalization to one who types with ALL-CAPS, and all in a span of three months.
