.. and prefer miday appts so it has to be close by. I love Inwood and take my dog there regularly but that is on the weekends. I come from a bit north so it is an easy car ride. Not always so easy to park though. I would definitely do a weekend Inwood tryst.

But I would do an East Harlem incall romp (you didn't say which side you were) on the way home.  

Another provider here is in the e100s near Park and fills an on-the-way-home niche.

Maybe I am biased but, Harlem, Inwood, Washington Heights just don't compare well to Midtown, Soho, Tribeca, the Village, etc.

Just my opinion.

I'm a snob about anything below 96th Street, east or west of the park, and maybe I shouldn't be. I am hearing rumblings about Inwood and Washington Heights being an up-in-coming area. But, we'll see about that.  

Within the next 50 years, from the top to the bottom of Manhattan will be so grossly overpriced that if you make a low 6 figure salary, you will be considered in the lower economic strata of how you live in Manhattan.  

Either that will happen or there will be a renting revolt, mass exodus that will shake up the rental real estate market - big time. I would probably bet on the former rather than the later happening.

BK. blows the LES away in terms of FUN.

Midtown just sucks no matter how you slice it...corporatized bullshit, no flavor.

The way.......upper part of the isle is certainly up and coming and people are flocking there in droves.

I love Inwood... Some great trails in the park, etc..  

It's gonna be great in the not so long term.

For the resourceful it's all easy to get to...
