I want to revisit this amazing restaurant tomorrow.  However, I cannot recall the name and Google has been useless. The one thing that I can tell you is they had the most delicious paper thin crust pizza.
You can message me here or on Twitter  @YourCharlieFox.
Any leads will be much appreciated.

Ok it's just beyond that banner that says Little Italy. It's on the left side of the street.  When you walk I'm a small bar is on the left. Beyond that there are tables

Little Italy banners? There are lots. Or do you mean the lighted Little Italy arch across Mulberry Street?

Could it be Rubirosa or Paisano or Il Piccolo Buffalo? All serve thin crust, all on Mulberry...

Cool place, great vibe. People carve their names into the woodwork. lol

The pizza is insanely good.

Joes Pizza, a block away, is very popular too, but that is more for the stand and eat crowd as its small with long lines at times.

2 Brothers, Dollar A Slice?
.
(There was an AMP above a 2 Bros location. During renovation of the pizza place, they (the pizza place) had a fire and the whole building had to be evacuated. FDNY was banging on the doors to get everyone out.)
