Only reasons I can see for not using the excellent search functions and perusing the active ads are:
1. laziness (predominant reason, probably)
2. stupidity
3. LE
4. AH-ness (+/- #1-3)
For me, the worst is not the alias with no reviews that gets no response. It's the guy with more than 5 reviews, who should know better.
Cosette's NOT taking it anymore. Don't make her blogg (extra g to make it a verb) you to literal tears. I have mixed feelings. On one hand, it will cut down my ability to F with some people on this board. However, I'm willing to take the bad with the good.

People, how successful do you really think those are? The chances that at the same time you're on here, someone who's your type, price range, and free at the exact same time will be coming to you are minimal! Add to that the fact that most ISO's are posted by either alias handles, or true handles without any reviews, and you're going to get squat.
And for those asking for an "outcall", this isn't some delivery service, there's plenty of ads that you can look through, put some effort into it darn it.
These are supposed to be DISCUSSION BOARDS, contribute something.
Act like you got something the day brains were handed out.

For what it's worth, here's what I learned when I first joined this board, longer ago than I care to recall:
1) Get VIP, it's worth it and gives you access and credibility
2) Learn and USE the search functions -- if a tech-challenged guy like me can, anyone else can too. And it gets easier all the time.
3) Contact a few ladies, get screened, see them and post a review or a few. Make the reviews straightforward and candid, no need to write a Harlequin Romance or pursue grudges against ladies. I won't say more than that here, review writing these days deserves it's own discussion(s).
Once you've done that, you'll have some cred that will let others here feel comfortable exchanging info with you. Note I said exchanging -- if you show that you're always asking for info and never providing any, don't expect that to go unnoticed.
