Maybe the "reporter" didn't bother doing some investigative work, last time I check its against guidelines and probably the law to be engaging in sexual situations with a "patient" seeking help.  Maybe that applies to LICENSED therapist, no?  or can anyone be called a therapist these days without a license

All depends how smart they are and how well they can bluff plus how much money they can put in to legal organization ( to find a lawyer  who would be motivated enough to incorporate them and gave them legal status and  write bylaws on incorporation - I want to see that !! Seems as what kind lawyer  would risk his reputation on  that venture.. yet if remember what kind capital is in states and how wealthy people are  they may find sponsor

They are playing there uniqueness to their advantage -- there's more $$$ in going legit and much more opportunities -- they will become the his and her Dr. Ruth for all you bicuruous guys out there!!!
