This profile screams suspicion.  Very questionable single reviews, unless those reviews are being written under TER member aliases (with no reviews).  There have been similar threads on other local boards noting the proliferation of suspect providers with only  1-3 high score reviews from a reviewer with a single (or couple) reviews. Recently I have started questioning TER (lack of) standards. I have noticed many obvious fake/questionable reviews that really should not be approved for posting.
